School Staff Training

The purpose of this section is to improve the fundamental knowledge and basic skills of school personnel who are responsible for students with diabetes mellitus. The contents follow the guidelines for care and delegation of care for students with Diabetes in Florida Schools established in 2015. A copy of the guidelines can be found here.

LEVEL 1 & 2 training is intended for all school personnel. LEVEL 3 is intended for the designated unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP).
